How long does delivery take?
Nairobi orders are typically delivered same-day. Upcountry orders take 1–3 days. Shipping is KSh300.00, and free on orders over KSh10,000.00.
How do I pay?
Pay via M-Pesa: Lipa na M-Pesa → Pay Bill → Business no. 247247, Account 555070 (or your order number). You can also pay cash when you collect at our shop.
Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
Yes — collect at Travis Business Center, 3rd Floor Room A3, Mfangano Street, Nairobi CBD (same building as Quickmart Mfangano, behind Afya Center). Choose "Pickup at shop" in the delivery notes at checkout. Open Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–2:00pm. Closed Sunday.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with.
Are the components genuine?
Yes — we stock genuine, tested components. If something arrives dead or not as described, message us on WhatsApp right away and we'll sort it out.
